Mulle toimii. Vaimolle ei.

Valitettavasti täytyy sanoa, että tämä on yksi vastenmielisimmistä tuoksuista, joita olen kokeillut. En tunnista tässä lainkaan kuvauksessa mainittuja ainesosia. Sen sijaan kaiken peittää todella vastenmielinen ja läpitunkeva haju, joka itselläni laukaisi migreenin. Ei lähde iholta, vaikka useaan kertaan pesee saippualla. Kyse ei ole siitä, että tuoksu olisi liian maskuliininen. Mieheni ei myöskään voinut sietää tämän hajua. Pidän kovasti Hetkisen tuotteista, ja rakastan Forest Riot -tuoksua, joten en mielelläni anna tällaista palautetta.

This perfume is my new favourite scent. It is long lasting, projects well, not to mention the beautiful fragrance. As soon as I smelled it, I knew it was special, and I NEVER like woody smells.

I would describe this perfume as warm, clean, and homey. It smells like a hot bubble bath on a frosty evening. It’s just divine.

I do agree with the user beneath me that the woody notes do not come through at all. However, one of my colleagues has described this scent as ‘a few hours after incense goes out’. Ultimately, I think this fragrance smells different to everyone and that’s just magical.

This is one of the worst smelling fragrances I’ve ever came across..

Cedar wood? Where?
Vetiver? Once again, where?
Spruce resin???

None of these notes come through what so ever.

It smells of a powdery, citrusy, sour, chemically cleaner.

I'm a big fan of Hetkinen's other fragrance Forest Riot so I was really excited to have Bark Bout. Unfortunately, my expectations were too high this time. I was expecting this fragrance to smell like authentic bark and have that similar real scent of the forest like its sister product. Bark Bout is a strong scent full of citrus which is not bad at all. It was just not what I was expecting. I would recommend first giving an ago with Forest Riot but this is just my opinion.
